(HEO5) $72, 832 to $80,983 per annum plus an employer contribution of 9.5% superannuation will apply
The University of Adelaide Enterprise Agreement 2017-2021 will apply to a successful candidate’s employment at the University. The University recently temporarily varied its Enterprise Agreement. Please be advised that the salary range, along with other conditions associated with this position, may change in accordance with the variation to the Enterprise Agreement.
Full-time, fixed term position available until August 2021, and then part-time until January 2022

The FHMS Human Resources Team has a dual purpose. It aims to advance FHMS’s Strategic Plan whilst delivering high performing HR services including recruitment and selection beginning with workforce planning and job design, administration of high volume casual, fixed-term and continuing employment arrangements, HR analytics informing workforce planning outcomes, on/off-boarding, induction, continual improvement of business processes and the maintenance of HR records, data and systems.
To be successful you will need:
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating end to end recruitment and selection practices across a range of various levels.
- Demonstrated experience in the provision of HR administration services and support, including delivering information, advice and reports and interpreting and applying policy, legislation and industrial instruments.
- Demonstrated experience communicating, both verbally and in writing, in a succinct, professional and responsive manner to deliver client centric results.
- Experience in organising and undertaking multiple tasks with competing deadlines and in applying effective problem solving skills to a range of issues.
